Welcome to the Ministry of Health’s French Language Health Services Database (FLHSD).
If you are new to the French Language Health Services Database, please email askhealthdata@ontario.ca to request an account. Be sure to include your name or the name of the person requesting an FLHSD account, their email address and the name of the organization in the request email. An invitation email from BDSSEF.FLHSD.PROD@ontario.ca will be sent with instructions on how to access the FLHSD Portal. Please do not send an email to BDSSEF.FLHSD.PROD@ontario.ca as this mailbox is not monitored.
The FLHSD has changed its registration and login process. This change supports the use of My Ontario Account to access the FLHSD as a common way of accessing all Government of Ontario applications. FLHSD users must create or sign in with their email-based My Ontario Account to access the FLHSD. Access through Sign-In Partners is not supported by the FLHSD.
If you are requesting a new FLHSD account through askhealthdata@ontario.ca and currently have a My Ontario account, please use the same email to request your FLHSD account. If you do not have a My Ontario account, the FLHSD instructions in the invitation email will guide you through this step.
